This is the absolute worst place I have ever had to deal with. The incompetence is at the highest level. 1st off, I met with a company directly and they told me they do the temp to hire thing and made me go through flexicorps. While doing the W4, I asked about the state form. I was asked if I would be claiming the same as Federal. I said yes, but remember that I live in Wisconsin. I wasn’t paying close attention to my check stub until about a month in I realized that they were taking out Illinois state tax and that they even had Geneva, IL on my check vs Lake Geneva, WI. This will become a huge headache when I go to file my taxes as I will have to file 2 state returns. Next, I quit working there a week before Easter because I had accepted another job. I was right in between switching to direct deposit. It has been 3 weeks since I filled out the paperwork. That Thursday before Good Friday, I contacted my same incompetent recruiter to tell her that I hadn’t received a direct deposit. She said it doesn’t deposit until Friday even for Good Friday. Later on in the day I got nervous that they would send a live check to the place I had been working and they were closed Friday, so I got a hold of the same recruiter and told her this and asked where my check would be. She said she wasn’t handling the checks this week but would email the person who was and let me know when she found out. She never called back even with one further text. Fast forward to Friday and no Direct deposit. I call the temp agency and they patch me through to the same girl who doesn’t answer. I leave a message. She calls me back 20 minutes later telling me that the check was at the place that I had been working, but they were closed. I was furious, no paycheck before Easter weekend. It may just be one employee, but the 6 weeks that I had to have any interaction with this agency was filled with absolute incompetence. Highly suggest picking another agency if at all possible.

I would not refer this company to anyone. The office manager is very defensive and rude even when spoken to politely. Ms. Ortega misleads you to believe that they are willing to work with different clients and organizations that have different backgrounds when they do not.

They set up an interview with me and when I got there there was one lady, and she did not take care of me, she took care of the guy who got there after and also spent the rest of her time on the phone. Very unprofessional.
