I dropped hospitality and decided to work the warehouse industry for something different. First time using an agency. Ali and Mel @ Flexi were amazing and helped out a lot with information I needed. What a professional team! Working with DLF Seeds through flexi is absolutely amazing. Good team. Good environment. Safety is number one top priority. Getting in and doing the work, and not having to go home and think about additional stuff about it is pretty spot on. I highly recommend using this agency. They are there to help you on the right path. PS: If you are not into hard work, then it’s probably not the role for you. It is physical lifting for 8 hours of the day 👍🏽

Absolutely appalling treatment of their warehousing staff.
Complete disregard for employee’s needs and opinions.
Unable to resolve conflict within the job site, and unwilling to listen unbiasedly to your point of view in the case of an altercation/misunderstanding at the job site.
“John” from Flexi Personnel Laverton is known to over exaggerate issues that result from any kind of conflict that occurs on site, gaslight you and unfairly blow things out of proportion making ridiculous claims in the process. Unwilling to resolve the problem, and would rather dismiss you under false pretenses if it means less hassle/paperwork and liability/accountability on their end.
Avoid this job agency if you value equality, fairness, respect and transparency. Would give a negative rating if possible.
