Dulce was awesome and gave me some great career advice! Edit: Mixed feelings. Had a great interview with the client company, felt very good about it and was looking forward to potential next steps. A week later I called to check in to find there was a serious concern due to the fact that I smoked “a bowl” in my truck. I was a day before payday at my current job and out of cigarettes, so I was smoking pipe tobacco from my pipe. I wouldn’t be so upset, except that there was no communication from Dulce about the event, so I was completely in the dark until I contacted the office. This strikes me as extremely unprofessional, as well as the fact that even after I explained myself she continued to go on about pre-employment drug screening and how forklift operation is a dangerous job (which I have almost 8 years experience in). I really felt like I was treated unfairly and as if I was the problem even though there was nothing wrong with what I was doing.

Was able to obtain a good job with Westak through Dulce. Soon after, the company ended up hiring me so it worked out for the best. Would highly recommend. Might not be a forever thing but in this economy you can’t be choosy.
