I visited the Half Way Tree location and Andre and Jeremy(?) were SO helpful.
I normally utilise another cellphone fixer and they had my phone for two weeks waiting for it to be repaired… I had to be calling them every few days asking for an update and after two weeks got frustrated.
I reached out to Andre by recommendation of a friend and within an hour they had my phone and 30 mins later it was fixed! Plus at a more affordable cost.
100% recommend Mr. Fix It Cellphone 👍🏼

Customer service at the HWT location was top of the line. I called and did not get through. However, my call was returned and directions given. Additionally, the team was very courteous and honest because I bought an extra part which was returned. I would recommend any day. My only problem was the limited parking space, but this was properly handled by a security that could guide the process.
