I have been with Five Star Nursing since 2023 and have worked with many other nursing agencies, but this one is by far the best. Nicole truly cares about everyone. She consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service to both the nurses at Five Star Nursing and the facilities they serve. Her guidance is dependable, and her work ethic is outstanding. Five Star Nursing gets a five-star rating from me!

Very unprofessional Nursing Agency. I was with them for over a year. My facility downsized staff with no notice. I received UE benefits for a few weeks while I was trying to locate another job. It has been almost 2 years and they have been fighting me with the DOL stating I don’t qualify. They made up false statements with bogus job offers. They don’t care about actual people were just numbers. They make it seem like it came out of their pocket. When I was work 7-8 shift per week it was fine because I was bringing in lost of billing hours. Something happened that I had no control of and I those benefits are for exactly this situation. This has brought a lot of unnecessary stress. Do not got where you are not valued or even treated as a human not just dollar signs.
