My experience with FirstPRO started out great. They were very communicative, helpful, and supportive. I went through an interview process and ultimately rescinded my application because that position wasn’t a good fit but FirstPRO contacted me soon after and had found another position for me that was a better fit for me. For the second position I did an interview and then heard nothing back from FirstPRO until I called them 2 weeks later. When I called them, the recruiter was flippant, rude, and disrespectful when he informed me that I was not selected for the position. I asked for any feedback from the employer and he scoffed, made a sarcastic remark, and made it clear that his intention was to ghost me and never tell me the result. I was seriously disappointed. Up to this point I had a great experience with everyone from FirstPRO. I’m not saying don’t use them to find a job, but if you do, you better get the job or you shouldn’t bother contacting them again.
