I recently moved to San Antonio,TX from Wisconsin and Ken with FirstOption helped me and kept me updated every step of the way while being professional and very respectful. Ken made the process extremely easy and did a wonderful job of keeping me informed through the whole process with both text and over the phone. He was quick to help with any questions and timely with updates.
