Nicole is a scheduler that has a smart mouth, 80% of the people I come across complains about her, but boy will she fight for the ones who actually don’t do their job. Carrie, I believe her name is will schedule you for a shift without your permission, once learning I’m cancelled I might decide to do something I had plan for another day. You will get a call saying oh I booked you for a shift, LESS THAN AN HOUR NOTICE. If the owners do not become more hands on they will possibly lose clients and staff. I was treated poorly at a facility they did not have my back AT ALL.
