I have been an agency traveling nurse for 17 years I have worked with many companies over the past two years I have solely worked for this company. My experience with them has been nothing but the best they are kind, warmhearted, understanding, compassionate, and stand behind me as their employee, even when there are conflicts of interest inside a contract that I’m in with other employers. they have protected me made sure that I get the most for my talents and have always been understanding to my needs. I highly recommend them I have worked personally with Jane as my recruiter and have watched her grow into one of the most valuable employees that they have. we have grown together in this company, and I am proud to be not paid for this review, but to give it free of my own will. I highly recommend that you do your best to become part of our company as I consider them my employer . I am constantly stationed in upstate New York in many contracts that other nurses would kill for As a license practical nurse I make $53 an hour and I am proud to make more than a registered nurse And share my talent for the highest price that I deserve. don’t hesitate when they give you an opportunity join our team I have never ever in two years. Waited for my check to arrive to my bank account. I have always been paid on time. and when I read some of the reviews on here I was absolutely astonished that other people would even say the things that they have said, and I find it to be bullying and harassment to all the real nurses and licensed workers out there. This is a company that you should take notice of because they have been one of the best companies in 17 years that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

Working with the team at First Connect has been great! I am getting ready to go on my first contract with them but all the hard work and extra effort they have put into finding the right position for me has been exceptional! Hi all! I have worked for a few agencies and spoken with recruiters from others as well. First Connect is by far the best agency I have worked with, as I have had a very difficult time finding rates that were better than theirs, recruiters better than mine (Duke Pattinson), and overall great support staff (Sajid and all management I’ve communicated with) who helps me out with anything I’m confused about or just can’t find on my own. I’m always speaking praises about Duke to fellow travelers and I will never choose another agency again!
