I was reading over other reviews and felt the need to put a honest review from current patient.
We have had no issues with payments, insurance, or appointments. Staff is always there and friendly when we walk in. They create personal relationships by communicating and remembering details about us including our names. We are a same sex couple and they never batted an eye. There has been no issues in regard to our orientation. My wife is heavy set and her size has never been an issue.
The process at the Fertility center of Orlando has been so easy thanks to the staff. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. They offer hours that are accessible for us so we don’t need to take time off work. Dr. McNichol is very patient. Every visit we don’t feel rushed. He takes his time and goes over every concern, no matter how small. He will illustrate, show graphs, and pictures. Color codes calendars to ensure all information is clear and concise. The text program has been great when we have questions it’s super convenient to get quick awnsers when things come up. I recommend this team over and over to anyone looking to grow their family!

I am extremely grateful my husband and I decided to switch to the Fertility Center! Instead of being shuffled around for testing, monitoring, and lab work, the Fertility Center has everything in one place! Dr McNichol carefully explained all our questions. We have a happy healthy baby girl!

Let me say everyone here is just Amazing! I can say Doctor Mcnichol is like family , he truly cares about his patients . From the nurses to the front desk ! After years of infertility and heart aches we are finally leaving with our baby boy and I’m more than grateful for them, couldn’t be here without them! I truly recommend them!
