I strongly advise against working with Fine Dine.
The experience of order fulfillment at a hotel in Warsaw was extremely disappointing and involved a number of serious problems:
The shipment arrived damaged, incomplete and sloppily packed.
Some of the equipment was physically damaged and the way it was secured was practically non-existent.
Key elements of the order were missing, including catering tables, which forced us to incur additional costs for renting replacement equipment.
Customer service was chaotic – responsibility was passed from person to person, and complaints were ignored or deliberately delayed.
The heaters were delivered with serious defects (leaks, leaking oil, damaged hinges), which the company did not recognize as defects despite obvious defects.
Despite assurances that the faulty parts would be replaced, we have not received any response or resolution to the matter to this day.
An independent expert opinion and the manufacturer of the devices confirmed the existence of a manufacturing defect – despite this, the company tried to transfer the responsibility to the customer. For comparison: the cost of a hinge from the manufacturer is PLN 80, while Fine Dine demanded PLN 800 for an identical element.
The after-sales service is extremely unprofessional – lack of any responsibility, communication and respect for the customer.
I definitely do not recommend it. I especially warn hotels and institutions – cooperation with this company is a risk of financial losses, stress and serious disruptions to business. Thanks only to this situation, we have come to the point that we are able to buy the same items from China on our own at very low prices and better quality.
