I strongly advise against working for this company. I worked for about 2.5 months, never missed a day, showed up on time, and did everything correctly—only to be fired right before my probation period ended. Their reasoning? “Not a good fit.” This is despite my prior experience working for Trigo (the previous company) for eight months.
It’s frustrating to see GMC lose a solid company like Trigo, only to be replaced by this poorly managed operation. They frequently send employees home up to four hours early due to “lack of work,” yet still deduct 30 minutes of pay for lunch. They don’t pay for lunch breaks, so if you’re sent home early, you’re taking an even bigger financial hit.
The work environment is unprofessional, with some employees spending more time on their phones than actually working. If you’re looking for stable income and fair treatment, this is not the place for you. However, if you enjoy job insecurity and poor management, then this company might be a perfect fit.
