Went to the hospital after an accident on 01/16/2021. On Jan 25, 2021 this company put a lien on my house for the amount of hospital bill, never got a bill, literally 9 days after the visit, there was a lien on my house which I was also not notified about. In May 2022, I tried to take out a HELOC on my house and found out about this lien, contracted the insurance they paid the bill in full the same day. So the debt has been paid off since June 2022, but the lien is still on my house. I went to the court with the receipt of payment but they said the debt clearance had to come from the company that put the lien on the house. It’s April 2025, we are trying to sell the house and we have lien on it, and we have no one to contact to clear this lien. What type of dystopian world we’re living in?

3 times this company contacted me about a debt when I asked them to send my documentation, each time they said they would but never did. I refuse to give them my financial information over the phone without proof of the debt and who they are. The last time the customer services Mayra hung up me.

They called me about a charge from 4 years ago. I call to get information and both customer representatives gave me attitude. They were very unprofessional and rude all because I asked for information about my account. I never received any written responses and when I looked in my account I didn’t see anything from the company they claimed I rented a car from. I asked the rep why am I just now hearing about it years later and he said we will get it when we can.
