Edit: The owner/manager of the store used my phone to help change shipping return locations. He then decided to use my google maps app to leave a 5-star review for himself under my name. Absolutely agregious behavior and I will not be returning to use this location after 20 years. I have left the original “review” below:
My go to location for way too many services besides just Amazon returns as the staff is the most reliable and personable.

Had to do an amazon return brought it and asked them if I could get the label printed. Instead of sending them the label. They told me to go to a computer in the store, spend $4.99 to access it, log in to my amazon account on it, and another $0.99 to print it.
That is just unacceptable to an extreme degree. I would accept paying to have a label printed, but paying $5 to access a computer to have to unsecurely login to an account to pay even more to get the label is just absurd.

We were in the process of buying a home out of state. We had to get our closing documents notarized before shipping them back to the title company— the owner and notary, Sohil Ghodasara, stayed late for us and helped us get everything done! I would say it was outstanding service especially when we were on a short timeline. It’s hard to find businesses that go the extra mile for their customers these days, but I would say this UPS store did.
