Avoid Favorite at all costs. They canceled a contract a week into it. Shifts are removed and cancelled without being informed. Shifts will get canceled with less than two hours before the shift, and unless you say something you will not be paid for time and travel. Favorite has been consistently taking out 30 minutes for lunch breaks, when my time cards CLEARLY reflect that I did not take a lunch break. Almost every facility they will send you to is like a war zone. You will feel like you are in a psychological horror movie. You will be forced to work multiple carts with no help. And then they will go and alter your time cards illegally to say you had 30 minutes off when you did not. I’ve had enough of this sham of an agency. The department of labor has been contacted because this is above and beyond me now.

I have been working with Favorite since 2020. Come to find out in 2023 I was terminated stated I had four DNR. I explain to the company that was impossible especially I work with same facilities with other agencies. I never once neglected or didn’t any bodily harm to the residents. I try to get rehired it was a no. It go to show how they treated their employees. At the end of the day I know I am a good worker and things are going to fall in place for my good.

Just went through the onboarding process with Mariela. It was smooth, she was available every time I called to clear up questions. Hopefully I will have a better experience than most people who have reviewed. But so far from applying to working in 8 days including a weekend is OK by me. Will update if necessary.
