I unsubscribe many times for stop getting emails from FastJobsMY but still getting emails from FastJobsMY. When I login into the website to find the unsibscribe or delete profile, there’s no option or setting for the unsubscribe or account deletion. This is not a good platform for me. 1 star rating until fixed.

If i can, i would give zero star.
Please dont waste your money using this job ad portal. I have been using it few times (Hoping that they might have improved) and i can confidently say now that this will be my last!
First of all, the applicants are lousy. All of them applied via Fastjob DONT even fulfilled any of the criteria that i have put forward when i advertised the job. Very poor quality of candidates. The system dont even bother to filter them or screen the candidates. So, you will end up with non qualified candidates all the times. Waste money, time and energy.
What make it worse is, most of the resume sent by the applicants cant be opened, the website prompt error. When i message the person in charged & customer support, they just asked me to ask the applicant to email me directly. So, instead of fixing the platform, they asked me to sort it out myself.

Lousy job portal! The so called featured ad is just same with normal ad, promised 14 days to have 50-60 applicants, in fact, I just got 7 applicants in one week. When I voice out the issue to the customer service, they just ignore my complaint and after two days only replied me. When ask for money the response is quick; when problem arise, ignore my complaint for two days and can’t give me a lead time to solve the issue. Don’t advertise your job here, waste your money!
UPDATED: After I made complaints, no one contact me to give me a solution proactively, only me pressing their customer service. After that, they just spam me a lot of irrelevant applications. All job portals are the same, when they can’t deliver, just spam you with their database! This is my first and last time to advertise at this job portal, wish you all the best!
