Terrible experience with one of their headhunter Mrs Šárka S. Lack of professionalism and communication. Awkward for an institution targeting executive talents.

Low-quality company right from the “head”. Mrs. Darina Farkasova does not pay her employees and supervisors enough time, but she pressures them to perform at a high level. Instead of sitting down with the employee and professionally explaining to him what he should be doing better, he throws noises around in front of the entire team, as if he doesn’t know what the person is doing there and so on. At the same time, we were all sitting in the same office, so she listened to us all the whole day talking on the phone like in a call center. When I left, I didn’t even get paid for the hours I worked for a long time. It also helped to catch up with former colleagues, when it was already really awkward. I am later then she met a very nice HR manager on the job market, who also had a bad experience with this company and Mrs. Farkasovla. She was wiser than me and left during the trial. The reasons were the same – an unpleasant atmosphere and not being paid on time.

I have to say that I was unpleasantly surprised by the approach of the specialists of Needle – Powered by Farkasova International, which presents itself as a team of professionals. We had arranged an interview with Mrs. Šárka Roztočilová, after 2 minutes that I couldn’t connect to the online meeting, she called me and the first thing she started with was that she was in a hurry, she didn’t have time for me, that 5 minutes had already passed. Sorry, but this is the first time I see such an approach to negotiations. We agreed to connect via WhatApp, but she told me that someone had already come to see her, after 5 minutes, and I had to wait for her to call me. The whole interview, which lasted about 10 minutes, did not make me feel good, she was always in a hurry, and I can’t call the style of conducting the interview professional. Chaotic questions, an unresearched resume and with it an interview about nothing, a presentation about nothing. Pity those partners who trust the services of this company.
