They hire some real vindictive young men out of college with terrible people skills (possibly as a favor to someone). The more seasoned experts are great but they better shape up and follow through or at very least respond back if someone follows up if they can or take the time to tell them they cannot follow up with everyone. Had a terrible experience after having a very pleasant and civil conversation with the relationship manager noticed the young man was not listed as an employee due to unprofessional behavior… Ways to go still! Seems like they held a grudge against me as I applied numerous times to give them multiple chances but never heard back… I guess they blacklisted me…

They were very helpful for me! They took the time to meet with me individually and get to know me and my background. I constantly was receiving opportunities and updates from them. The recruiters who worked with me really worked hard to get me a good job, and they did! They believed in me and gave me great suggestions for interviewing, always making sure I was prepared. I highly recommend working with them!

I have applied to many basic administrative positions through Fanning Personnel on Indeed. I have noticed that one of their recruiters is always checking my application through indeed but yet I never receive any call or correspondence regarding the positions. I call yesterday (1/11/17) to check on the status of my applications and the receptionist tells me that the recruiter is in a meeting and will call me later. I call again today (1/12/17) and the receptionist bluntly tells me that she will forward my resume to the recruiter and hangs up. Overall, I am really disappointed with the lack of professionalism portrayed by this staffing agency. In times of need, these businesses exist to help qualified candidates, that are looking for a change, find a position that is mutually beneficial. I am more than qualified for all the positions I’ve applied for through Fanning Personnel (I have 3 years admin experience, 6 years reception & 6+ years in customer service/hospitality) and yet have not even been contacted back. At the very least, I expect the recruiter to be in touch with all applicants to get to know them better. I have met with 8 other recruiting agencies in the Greater Boston area and they at least meet with you to discuss your background and what you’re looking for.
