Fabric was a key asset for myself (Talent Acquisition Manager) and our team at Hum Capital. Tom and Sara, along with others, provided numerous strong engineering candidates (a few of which we hired). They were quick in their sourcing, and helped guide candidates through our interview process, keeping us updated along the way. During a time that was proven difficult to source and hire strong engineers, the Fabric team made it look easy. I worked with Fabric Staffing during my most recent job search, specifically with Tom who was amazing! With their help, I was able to land a good software engineering role.
I sometimes get a little bit of interview anxiety. Tom was great and was able to help coach me with some practice sessions, and it really helped with my confidence in the actual interviews. I got the clear impression that they wanted to place me somewhere that would be a good fit.
