The worst car rental I have ever experienced in my 50 plus years of renting cars. Inefficient and incompetent. Waited 50 min to be picked up by their shuttle at the rental car center in Phoenix . When finally transported to their car lot to receive my car, I had to wait another 1.5 hour to talk to the person at the counter. A long line of customers, understaffed and inefficient way to process reservations. It should not take over 2 hours to pick a rental car at any airport. Don’t waist your time to save a few bucks renting from this company. Unless you have a lot of time to kill when you arrive at Sky Harbor airport in Phoenix.

Great company. The AC went out on the vehicle we were using and the owner immediately went into action and brought us another car. He offered to help in any way he could. I would highly recommend.
