Tina of Integrity staffing is a sweet and caring lady. She looks out for you and take care everything you need help with. She checks up on me once in a while to see everything is okay and how I’m loving the job. Everything is perfect.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received an email for interview. I had been looking around for employment for month and came across an email I thought was spam. I decided to give it a try and respond with acceptance for interview. I received an immediate response and got set up for interview the next day! The recruitment process was swift. I was hired immediately and was informed I would be in a temp to hire position for a company. Integrity Trade Services is professional and their project manager helped me tweek my resume so that I would be hired by the company. In a few days, I was immediately hired! They found me a great company to work for. I had no idea I would be working in Westlake in a professional business building. I was offered a very nice cubicle and the people were friendly and welcoming. The work environment is relaxing. I was so happy I was utilizing my skills and experience towards a professional office job. I couldn’t ask for anything better!. It was a blessing in disguise and I am so thankful Integrity Trade services helped me throughout the process. I went through standard 90 day probationary period and turned in my time sheets on a weekly basis. I was extremely happy that I was getting paid weekly! Even better was my offer that they negotiated with the company. I was pleasantly surprised that I would be offered a raise after my probationary period was over. I really felt that finally, my qualifications were recognized. I am now a permanent employee and I miss my weekly pay periods with Integrity Trade but all is good. The downside is that the company does not offer benefits but that’s because my position was temporary. Also, holidays are not paid but got the day off. Overall, a great place to get started with. The people at Integrity Trade are friendly and the environment seemed casual and relaxing. I highly recommend them if you are searching for employment!!
