I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Express Employment Professionals and was thoroughly impressed with their services. Trevor, one of their representatives, is an outstanding contact to have—professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The owner is clearly doing a fantastic job running the company, as evidenced by the efficient and friendly atmosphere at their events. A highlight was the job fair we attended, where they even had a snow cone maker, adding a fun and refreshing touch to the experience. Sorry to have to do this. However, several months ago I applied for a position and was scheduled an interview. Day of interview called office several times and was ghosted. Applied last week for a different position. Was scheduled an interview today and they didn’t called. I called got rescheduled for later today. No call. I called and left a msg. No return call. I don’t understand , they respond quickly to the application but when it’s time for interview they blow you off. 🤨
