If you have no other choice for work they can help. However they are bot transparant when it comes to you coming onboard with them. Locked in a falsified contract that has you work 500hrs before a company will hire you. Even if the company they assigned you to wants to hire you directly you must complete the 500hrs or the company will have to buy out your contract from Express. By the time that happens you’ll most likely be transferred or no longer needed. Try manpower in Champaign if you have a car. Warning and this is not a joke.

Had me go in for training and told me the position would be held in the Rantoul area after I was suppose to go to the champaign location… wasted my time, I put my two weeks notice in my sable job thinking it was because I got the position only for them to tell me they are still conducting more interviews and then tried to get me in their system “to find me work”. I’m a us citizen, I’m bilingual, dress professional, know how to communicate with people, therefore I can look for my own job. They basically played with me and wasted my time…. DONT BE LIKE ME! They are liars and only care about making money off of people they sent to their affiliated organizations to profit from it. Hopefully, Karma gets them. YOUR BETTER OFF APPLYING ON SITES DIRECTLY OR GOING TO MAN POWER! DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

This place was bad for my first experience I got here on Saturday to unload for Monday 8am and when I went to check in at the warehouse and was told I was going to get unloaded in a few more than 3 hours and went to check to see what was the hold up guy in the office said they went to lunch 4 hours for a lunch break is ridiculous
