One of the resources that I miss in the transition from large industry to small is that of a robust Human Resources Department. You never know what you’ve had until you’re missing it.
Joani has been a blessing in that regard and not in just facilitating us with viable candidates. Candidate retention rate has been very high with her recommendations. We seek long-term employment relationships, and a considerable amount have evolved from her selections.
The added benefits have been just as valuable: invites to networking events, webinars on HR related topics and issues, etc. These have all been valuable tools to have in the toolbox.

I met with the employee specialist miko and she was great. Seems like a very good environment/agency to be a part of. Everyone there was very helpful and straightforward about the agency and there policies happy I chose express .
