This is the temp agency that has kept me afloat in Pittsburgh for so many years. It has pointed me to jobs that I have thrived and flourished in. To anyone worrying how to get a job, I will always recommend Express for job hunting.

Most pointless temp agency to ever find a job for you. Scheduled a phone interview at 3 PM for a certain job that was listed on Indeed, they never called. I had to call, 15 minutes later, just for them to lie and say they had another interview that went on a bit too long. They had me describe my background and work experience for 20-30 minutes, and proceeded to end the interview with, “Well the position I texted you about for this interview has been filled today”. Don’t waste my time when I have bills to pay and mouths to feed. It’s extremely unprofessional for your recruiters to ghost people and waste their time in finding a job. Seriously, avoid this place at all costs. The interviewer’s name was Karen. Avoid her as well. If anything, people like Karen should be fired and not have a job. Unbelievable. **Edit** In response to the generic, botlike HR talking points, there’s no need to “explore other job opportunities” when the job I applied and scheduled for was already filled during the phone interview. It’s an absolute joke for you to be wasting my time when your recruiter not only ghosted me, but I had to call her and do her own job, for her. Not only that, she said she would email me electronic documents and never did so. You speak so highly of her professionalism but she seems to lack any credibility in that regard. Never have I ever had a recruiter schedule a time for a phone interview, ghost me, and then me proceed to do their own job for them by calling them and asking why they were late, just for them to lie and say they had another interview that “ran a bit late”. If that’s how you define “professionalism”, then this entire agency is an absolute laughing stock for treating potential candidates in this manner. No matter how terrible Karen is at her job, she’ll always have a spot there and you’ll continue defending her like the mindless sheep you are. Take accountability and grow up. No, I will definitely never contact this place again ever for any future opportunities. Every single one of these reviews who have commended Karen for her helpfulness in getting a job are either bots, or bums needing bum jobs who lasted no longer than a month. Again, what a joke. Unbelievable.

I would never use another employment service. The communication via text, email, phone calls and quality contracts are fantastic. Working with Karen was smooth sailing. She was efficient, cordial, knowledgeable and available. Keep up the good work. Thank you
