Express Employment Pros in Bremerton is a great company. The two individuals I interacted with (Eliza and Samantha) are both very kind and helpful. If you’re looking for work, I’d definitely recommend reaching out to them!

Tried to sign up with these people, and during a phone interview, while explaining that I have left kitchen jobs in the past due to unethical practices like bars overserving customers, and head chefs keeping and serving expired food, some of which have been shut down since I quit because of the same unethical practices that led me to quitting, was accused of “badmouthing” my previous employers, and called rude and disrespectful because of it, despite not being allowed to explain the circumstances past “I left multiple jobs in the past few years because of unethical practices.” The staffers here are the ones that are rude and disrespectful, and clearly do not value the time or lives of the people who come to them for help. I’m still looking for employment elsewhere because of this, so believe me when I say I know it can be difficult, but this employment agency is not the right place to look for employment. Edit: To Express Employment Professionals, I fully understand what you’re saying in your response to my review, but I was ASKED WHY I LEFT THESE JOBS. I was simply answering the question. Your interviewer asked for this information, and then didn’t like my answer.

I applied to EEP right before Christmas of 2024 and received a call back from Eliza to finish my application the day before Christmas. Eliza was very helpful to work with. I was also offered a job that Friday after Christmas though I didn’t personally accept it. Most of the jobs offered were manual labor intensive so do be aware, but the week of New Year’s I had shifts every weekday but the 1st. I have now been hired by another company outside of EEP but I would personally recommend them for getting work quickly (as long as you are willing to travel around the PNW peninsula). Also, do be aware that on some jobs you may finish early and therefore be sent home early. I also met several individuals who have used EEP for years to cover their career off-seasons/off days in my first week. Definitely worth a try if you need some money. Edit: I would not count on EEP for full-time hours employment, but definitely to either pad a paycheck or receive some kind of income while looking for a job.
