Encountered this company accidentally honestly, but I am beyond thankful for that accident. I went from struggling to find a DECENT job, to working in a cool office with cool people and cool managers. The individuals at Express are super nice, I never felt uncomfortable throughout the process because of their healthy communication skills. Shout out to Brandon — thank you for making it all happen AND answering every single one of my questions along the way and shout out to the team for just being really nice to me each visit!

I rarely post reviews but I had to say Brandon Lum was great in assisting me in finding employment quickly. I walked into the Newton office without an appointment but Brandon still took the time to work with m and he had a job lined up for me the very next day paying me more than what I was asking for! The entire office was helpful as well and a joy to be around. Highly recommend if you want to get a good job quickly!

Brandon at Express Employment did an excellent job finding me a job that is a perfect fit for me. I fit into the environment and the people I work with. I am able to be creative and I feel that a lot of my ideas are being considered and actually implemented. Initially I was concerned that Brandon and the team at Express Employment wouldn’t be able to find me a new career due to the fact that I had no college degree, only military service, automotive trade school certificate and six years as an Automotive Supervisor at a delivery company. I was ready to take a paycut from a previous position to be able to work normal hours and see my family again. Also being ghosted by two other staffing agencies in the past really made me weary about a possible new career. Brandon understood my concerns and made me feel confident that he could help me. He in fact was able to help me find the position I am in currently. I thank him with all my heart that I am able to have a new career and be a father to my newborn daughter.
