Hello my name is Cheryl Carey-Bainiks .. I have never had a problem with Express Employment. I asked for help and that is exactly what I received. If I was having issues at one Job.. they would get me another job. I didn’t want to be on Income assistance, I didn’t want to sit around,
I wanted to work, and if u don’t have all the information that they need.. that is ok too.. because they work with what they have at the very best as they can. I have moved up to Ontario from Nova Scotia.. was up there 3 years but then had to go back home do to some family issues and deaths in the family. I’m thinking of move ng back up to Ontario and I know if I go to the Express Employment Office I know I will receive their help again. So Thank You to Express Employment.

I sent them my resume and got an interview the next day. There was a lot of paperwork to fill out and tests to do but I found it all straight forward. When I went to the back to meet with Olga she was so pleasant and easy to talk to. She sent me a link to do the clerical testing. She said if I passed that she had a job that she could send me to. I passed and am now working at a clerical job in Milton. It’s looking like they will offer me a full time position. I would recommend anyone that is looking for office work to check these people out. Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely pleasant, professional and helpful.

Terrible staff. Condescending older woman who works there made ignorant comments about indigenous clothing as well as rude comments about another co-workers race. I had to register twice because the second time I came in for my appointment I was made aware the first girl hadn’t registered my details correctly even though I had spent hours in the office doing all the online testing and filling out forms. Been registered ten months and have never received any job listings or follow ups.
