As a former employee, I enjoyed my time as part of the team. The professionals on staff are sincere, hardworking, and dedicated to putting people to work. That is what we did everyday…and they continue to do so. The recruiters/interviewers are on the phone constantly, matching positions that are a win-win for the Associates and the employers. My role was out in the market. I scoured our large territory, building relationships with corporate clients, as well as medium-sized and smaller businesses, to identify potential job openings to take back to the team to properly vet. We did this all day every day. Definitely not wasting time, and definitely working for people wanting to work.
I know from personal experience that this group will do their level best to get you employed. I have seen it from the inside. It really is a team effort. All they ask is for Associates to check in once a week to confirm that you are available. There may jobs in the queue, but perhaps not one that best fits your skills, requested schedule, desired pay, etc. Have patience, trust the process, be positive, check back with the team, and give a little grace. As my grandmother said, “your attitude determines your altitude.”
