I had appointment with this company with a Shiane. At the last moment they cancelled appointment. The rescheduled appointment for Monday over the phone (never called) at 9:05 I called. Spoke with a receptionist (I assume) a gentleman (claiming to be owner) and another women who did Not introduce herself to I asked who this was (Michelle). They had no Ideas who I was. I’m not sure how competent this company is. I would certainly think twice before using them. I will be using another.
