I was lucky to have 5 delightful and professional staff helping with my self-catered wedding reception in November 2024, doing a mix of bar serving, waiting, and kitchen prep roles. They each went above and beyond, helping heat and serve food according to a schedule and even taking the initiative to do runs for ice when we were running low! They also helped with other tasks that weren’t written on the list – they saw what needed to be done and did it. They arrived early and were professionally dressed, and most importantly delightful to work with and talk to.
As far as organising the staff, Sylvia was very responsive and it was very easy to set up what I needed and manage invoices and communications.
I am so glad I went with Express Employment Professionals and highly recommend them.

I have been working as a chef more than 10 years I found the Express Employment has great management team. They’re extremely organised with giving shifts and had great experience.
