Havent personally gone through this agency but after reading most of the reviews and seeing some of the very unprofessional, passive-aggressive responses that Express Employment Professionals has left on some of the negative reviews, it makes me not want to go through them. Even if they were in the wrong, underhandedly slamming them on social reviews is very unprofessional for a company with Professional, LITERALLY, in their name. I personally wouldnt want to deal with any kind of public lash-back from a recruiting agency like that. Either ignore the poor criticism or at least respond appropriately and professionally.

They waited for me to drive an hour and 45 minutes just to tell me that I had to reschedule, even though I had messaged and told them I was going to be late due to congested traffic and then proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t move forward because I had only rescheduled once before and that was due to the power lines being hit next to my house therefore losing power to the entire block. Do not recommend.

I’ve had an awesome experience, I started my job search feeling anxious and worried about getting a job I wouldn’t like. But to my surprise, with the help of Jayne and Machela, I am now very proud and excited for my new Journey with an awesome company, in which I will become part of the family! It has all happened so fast, so thank you to Express Professionals for all of their hard work, and for caring enough to help me find a great job!
