This was our first foray into home care services, so take that for what it is worth. We called the office to cancel and it took over two weeks to get a call back. There were several calls made by different family members as well. To begin, It was determined that an aid and an occupational therapist were needed. The aid no call no showed twice, and appeared once in all of the months we were enrolled. We inquired about a replacement, and they said they were short staffed. We never saw a replacement or reached a compromise. The first occupational therapist also did not show several times when he was scheduled without a call. When he did show up, he was typically in home for about 15 minutes then had to leave. He was a kind gentleman, but his scheduling was wildly inconsistent. After a while we were told that he was no longer with the company, and we received a new gentleman who came by three or four times to do exercises. We decided to cancel because this company seemed so disorganized and lacked communication within their ranks. Our instinct to cancel was confirmed when not one person contacted us within two weeks to confirm our cancellation wishes. The one positive experience we had was our initial consultation with a lovely woman named Maha who did a full examination and assessment. She was the only person who answered when we were searching for someone to speak with about terminating services. When someone called us back to confirm our unenrollment they were very apologetic, but they were unable to tell us why the call back took so long and they did not offer any explanation of why we had the issued we did. The disappointing thing is that this company was recommended by a reputable neurologist office. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
