Very unprofessional in my opinion.
First, the company sends an inquiry viakarriere.at regarding my data, which is then stored in their system as an “application”.
Then rejection for an “application” that never took place because this company didn’t offer any relevant or interesting opportunities for me, at least for me. At the end of the email: Please let us know if you have found a new job and no longer wish to use our services.
I did not request any service from this company and therefore rejected it in an email reply.
Nevertheless, I received a call and the lady kindly listened to me. An offer was sent to me. This offer was only about eXpert itself, but no information about the company that was looking for employees. The whole thing was now 3 days ago, and to date I have not received an answer from Ms. Bauer. Speaks for itself. Thanks but better no thanks.

A recruitment company that does not respond to applications for which it has no use.
The fact that a targeted application requires a lot of time and hope is apparently overlooked or not valued.
The “eXperts” in the company name is a bad joke.
Unfortunately, when it comes to recruitment companies, the only thing that counts is profit; the person to be conveyed is only a means to an end.
A company that is emblematic of the industry: dubious and profit-oriented, modern human trafficking at its best
