EVE helped us create a brand that helped characterize our business. They were invested in our business goals, and made sure to tailor their work to our values. Even though we had agreed on the scope of our services to be logo creation, they were so excited about our event concept that they offered to come to our event for the day and shoot images that could be used on our website in the future. While shooting our pilot event, they were involved and active, and made it a point to capture both the event and our intended shots for future marketing, and sent us the proofs within less than a week of the shoot for us review. Our one miss was to request a shot-list of what we were interested in capturing from the event as well as hiring on EVE to be the official event photographer along with their intentions to capture branding photos. EVE helped me capture my home training sessions in such a way that I could continue marketing myself with their images. They were involved and active while shooting, and made it a point to keep in mind what I was going for while doing so, and also sent me the edited photos within 72 hours of the shoot. I wanted to offer a service for replacement HVAC parts with full capability to ship throughout the U.S. After my initial meeting with EVE, I was able to articulate what I wanted and am able to see this project unfolding in a well planned manner. I anticipated the timeframe of going live with this would be 6 months to a year. The process is moving along smoothly…this will be ready to launch faster than I planned which is great.
