No place is perfect so that is why I did not give a 5 star rating however, my floor on night shift was great. I had the absolute best charge nurse anyone could ask for. The CNA/PCTs that were dedicated to the floor did amazing work. We had a mix of travelers, new grads and seasoned nurses. It was the best group anyone could ask for. We all helped each other and no matter how crazy it got you knew you had help. Everyone went home at the end of the shift knowing we made a difference in some way. My recruiter was very accountable and always responded. I had zero issues with my agency. It was a great assignment
