Gary Farsom was great with helping me with my wi-fi connection. He did a bunch of research on it since this wasn’t my first time with this issue. He spend time trying to figure out the problem. He made sure to document everything that was giving my computer problems. Gary is very personable and answered all my questions I had about what was going on & how to fix it.
