I worked at Executive Staff for 3 months under Dheeraj Shukla, who introduced himself as Ravi. Unfortunately, his unprofessional behavior and unrealistic expectations made my experience unbearable. He’d humiliate employees, including myself, in front of colleagues, and showed a blatant disregard for employee rights. He never respected any employees, treating us poorly and making absurd expectations during salary discussions, often deducting pay without valid reasons. He demanded 375-500 calls daily without support. Despite our hard work, he abruptly claimed “issues” and refused to credit our salaries, even after 3 months of work. To add insult to injury, he cut off our access to everything, leaving us with nothing. I wouldn’t recommend Executive Staff to anyone due to its toxic work environment, poor management, and lack of accountability.

I actually got a mail from this company . I was given a number to contact or whatapp to clarify any further doubts. When I did so, I expected a more helpful reply but to my suprise, I found the answer from their side very rude. I have to thank that person whose name starts with “R” and ends with “I”, for giving me a heads- up about the experience working in that company. I have decided not to proceed any further with that company’ s interview process.
