I feel like the entire organization is a complete fraud. Craig Libis is listed on all the job postings so I tried to get in contact with Craig because I didn’t get any form of response after applying and wanted to make sure it was received. I tried contacting Craig by phone and e-mail I didnt get a response. After a couple weeks of trying, I finally reached him. During the call he was rude and tried to dodge any and all responsibility. He told me that I should talk to Steve and when I told him I already had, suddenly the positions were closed. i then emailed Ashley Kurtenbach, the Director of Operations, and received the most rude email I’ve ever gotten. She deflected all responsibility for the out-of-date website and lack of response from her team member and basically said it was my fault they didn’t have a position I was interested in or qualified for then made an excuse for Craig’s inability to do his job. On the bright side, if you do contact them you don’t have to worry about getting spam emails or calls because I don’t know if they have phones or email accounts.

Job recruiter Steve is nothing but trouble. I feel if this employment agency didnt have Green they would be exceptional. All it takes is one bad egg, and that is what you have with this organization.

Made the mistake of trusting Shady Steve of Springfield. I will highly ill-advise trusting him with your employment endeavors.
