Not supportive of employee’s, more emphasis to employers (that is who pays them). Make sure to be clear on chain of command. Removed from an assignment due to making a compliance report to the Compliance Manager on an assignment. Was told my actions cause a lack of confidence. Imagine that a reported discrepancy from employee caused lack of confidence for ExecuSource. Read that again. Best luck. Just my experience. You just go to a job, keep your head hung low, except whatever given and collect your pay – you will be just fine.

Great company and great people! I was contacted by Amanda (recruiter) about a legal assisting job. Because of my availability the company went with someone else. Amanda assured me she would work hard to find a great position for me. She called me the following week and said the law firm decided they wanted me to come in, two months later they want me permanently. Amanda helped negotiate my salary and I’m on my way to full time employment with a great company with great people and pay!
