I have leased an office or offices at times, here for the past 8 years. I came across this place on Craigs List when having to relocate to Sunnyvale from Oakland. I was happy to find a place with a decent rent rate. Especially for the location. I was surprised that it was affordable being in such a good location. Over the past 8 years I have been pretty satisfied with everything. It is very easy to use the conference rooms for meetings and I have even had some live sales from a conference room and that went well. Then I leased a larger space that has a separated room which I use for my sales. I have read some of the other reviews and yes there has been a turnover of the building managers over the years, but the current manager has been here for quite some time now and is doing a great job, thanks Chris for always meeting the needs I have had and brought to your attention. He has always been available when I have needed to reach him, and he does get on the matter right away. There is plenty of parking for myself and my customers, and the place is very nicely decorated and brings a calming sensation with the nice color scheme. Rents have increased some since I have been here but not much compared to other office buildings that I have looked into. So I am happy to be here and I appreciate being treated well by the management and higher ups here as well. The past year or so to owner(s) have brought on security at night, that is a big plus since I work alone and I have 24/7 access to my office and need it since I have to work late a lot of nights, so having a security person on site makes me feel very safe when I have to leave in the middle of the night. There is always upkeep and repairs that need to be done and can be an inconvenience at times but that will be anywhere and everywhere. This is not a new building, so it comes with the territory. If you are looking for an office in a great location, this is it. Easy 101 and 237 access. Close to everything you need in business.

I’ve been renting an office at CEO BUSINESS CENTERS for over 10 years, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. This location is perfect, sitting conveniently between San Jose and Palo Alto, which makes it easy to meet clients and partners from all over the Bay Area. The office spaces are always clean and well-maintained, which is something I truly appreciate. –it’s clear the staff takes pride in maintaining a professional and spotless environment. One of the standout features of this office rental is the incredible free internet service. It’s super fast and reliable, which is essential for my business needs, and it has never let me down. Plus, the abundance of parking is a huge bonus. I never have to worry about finding a spot, and it’s always nice knowing that parking is just as easy for my clients when they visit. The included utilities, like free electricity, are one more reason this place is such a great value. Speaking of staff, they are wonderful here. Whenever I’ve had an issue, whether big or small, they’ve always handled it promptly and with a friendly attitude. Chris, the property manager, really knows how to run this place and keep everything running smoothly. It’s clear that he takes pride in the property, and it shows in every detail. I also have to give a shoutout to Carlton, the security guard. He’s always there making sure things are orderly and secure, which gives me a lot of peace of mind, especially during late-night hours. Overall, this office rental has been a fantastic place to work, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a professional, well-run, and conveniently located office space. It’s been the perfect environment for my business to grow, and I’m looking forward to many more years here.

We’re already leasing our small offices with CEO Business Center almost 2 years after our startup started alive. Very kindest and warm atmosphere. Our manager Liz all the time response on our request depending our needs. PROS of this place: – plenty of parking place (by our work sometimes we had to works with others and making meetings in other office building where’s hard to find parking spot; – Plenty of food places for great lunch; – Tons of IT-companies close by (real Silicon Valley). CONS: – price-price-price (but this is “Welcome to California”). Highly recommend this place to others.
