Dr Troy is the best. Very professional and thorough and she explains everything in a way you can easily understand. The procedure was easy. I highly recommend Dr. Troy. The only reason for my four stars that When the technician asked for my hand for the IV, I said, please do not put it in my hand, put it in my arm. The technician put it in my hand, which immediately turned black and blue and got swollen and was painful. She had to remove it and put it in my arm as I had asked. I found this to be very disrespectful and also painful as it is my dominant hand and now it still hurts three days later. Other than that, everything was great

Wasn’t first time under anesthesia and the Dr and assistant were great. Really tried putting me at ease and making me comfortable. Very professional and thorough. The result was an overall perfect experience.
