This temp agency is terrible i called so many times Ximena say she sent me a link for a video call but only sent a email why it’s video calls why is this the only temp service doing video calls like it’s Covid instead of in person interview I moved here 4 years ago in this not the only one in the DFW like this They hire certain people especially how much the job pays like Mexicans in white ppl regardless what your resume look like they post jobs you call it’s not there no more like you just posted the job in I thought racism was bad where I’m from its terrible here Hoping someone see this in look into it everyone gots to work in feed they’re families to not just them in I’m not racist it’s common sense you see it

I believe these people are trying to scare me away. I am supposed to begin a temporary assignment effective January 01. They closed and went on holiday before even sending me email written confirmation about the location, start date, and other instructions. I was told verbally during the Orientation, and previously on the telephone, and also I have received a response saying they are going to type an email message for me last Monday which did not happen. The result is now I go to the job location and attempt to work with a possibility that they might not let me for what ever reason. I might face any thing … any thing is possible … a soft termination ?? a reschedule ?? or perhaps nothing to worry about ?? I am not wanting to complain; however I have experienced this other times before with different employer agencies. I am requesting some thing not very difficult please and thank you.
