Very effective and reasonably priced talent search company. They truly get the job done! Evolution Talent was recommended to us in Rhode Island and Atlanta. We had tried using other big name employment agencies to help us find people for our sales, accounting and finance, technology and other departments but were a waste of time. But once we contracted Evolution Talent they immediately started sending us qualified resumes which very quickly turned into permanent employees. They have the best fee rates and guarantees. Their recruiters are super friendly and their account reps are always available to answer any of our questions.

Came across them after inquiring a position on indeed, Rosario contacted me and kept in touch up until the company I was being hired for told me they would be moving forward. The following day she stated she was having a call with the client for an offer approval and she would be in touch, after that day she went mia ignoring my calls and messages so I had my wife call and she answered her right away. After no contact from her and John for 3 weeks now with no updates I am looking elsewhere, it’s unfortunate that the communication wasn’t there as I was looking forward to working with the company. I would hope in the near future that they value peoples time and not ignore their candidates.
