I contacted EJF this morning after having a stressful weekend receiving word-of-mouth information about a change of service provider. John at EJF took my call and he was very reassuring. He updated our contact information, email and phone number. He also walked us through the various portal process of payment completion. He stayed on the line to ensure that we received the email with the information he covered during the call.

I would like to commend Trixie at EJF Real Estate Services for her outstanding customer services. She was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, but most importantly to me, she was extremely patient with me as she guided me through the process I needed to go through to accomplish what I had called for. I want to commend Mae at EJF Property Management for her superb service in resolving a recent invoicing issue. Historically, I’ve found these types of matters to be frustrating and slow-moving with other property managers. Mae, however, handled the issue promptly, professionally, and with great clarity. She not only resolved the problem fully but did so with a level of competence and responsiveness that stood out. Her efforts were greatly appreciated, and I’m grateful to have had such a positive experience.
