I want to take this opportunity to let you know how great our property manager Tatiana Braz is. I have lived at Pine Ledge Condos for 10 years and since Evergreen has taken over our property there has been a significant improvement and I credit Tatiana. She takes immediate care of any of our concerns. Also whenever I need a reference for a good electrician, plumber or carpenter Tatiana has great contacts. Our annual meetings are handled so much better now that Tatiana is with us. She brings the residents very good information and she is knowledgeable about the regulations of condo life. Evergreen and the property manager Tatiana Braz are great! I’m a real estate broker, personally own condo units in multiple complexes, and Tatiana is the best property manager I’ve dealt with so far. They are efficient, easy to work with, easy to get a hold of, and very responsive. All around a great experience with Evergreen!
