Leadership is petty and blacklists their workers from working events and from picking up work (rather than firing them) when there are personality differences and interpersonal conflicts. They will legitimately strike you from the schedule because they don’t like you (making business personal). You can go from 15-25 hours weekly to zero hours for months because they have a point to prove. The attached photo shows that they make you ineligible for work in their system (despite being actively employed by them and on their payroll). I was previously eligible for numerous roles and was not contacted about my eligibility changing. Not a business I’d recommend to those with a decent moral compass.

We staffed our wedding with bartenders and waitstaff from Event Temps in June 2022. We provided some instructions a day or two before the event and the staff made sure that the bride and groom were able to fully enjoy themselves and they perfectly executed all of the setup, answered guests questions, served drinks efficiently and delivered such amazing service! Would highly recommend for weddings or other events!
