Pick-up and drop-off booth services were great, gentleman was very helpful however the car needed service with light on, damaged from outside and worn from the inside. For the price paid, it was not a value. Office manager seemed too busy to talk to customers upon my drop off, the pick you up and drop you off radius he said was 2 miles, seemed pretty low to me. I also was charged for 5 days instead of 4 days. I probably would go again to this office just because the booth service employees are very friendly.

Absolutely the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. I reserved a vehicle at $64 per day, but the manager at this location changed my rate to $295 per day without informing me, which resulted in a $1,100 overcharge on my credit card. This completely maxed out my card and ruined my vacation plans because I couldn’t make my reservations. When I contacted Enterprise corporate, they admitted this was a mistake and said the location should fix it immediately. But when I went in, I was met with nothing but disrespect and dishonesty. An employee named Ethan tried lying to my face, saying this “just happens” with AWD rentals—despite the fact that I’ve rented AWD vehicles from Enterprise every week for the last month with no issues. Instead of fixing the problem, he got sarcastic, even joking about calling the manager to ask if he’d pay for my ruined vacation. Completely unprofessional. To make things worse, he tried to refuse a discount I was promised, saying, “Well, you used the car.” Another employee had to step in and tell him to apply it. No apology. No accountability. Just excuses, arrogance, and blatant attempts to cover for their manager’s incompetence. Between Idria, Ethan, and the manager( Mr. Spikey hair) who caused this mess, this entire branch is a disaster. They’re either incompetent, predatory, or both. Enterprise should fire the entire management team at this location and start over. Do yourself a favor—rent somewhere else.

Worse place I ever have been to. I couldn’t believe the Jeckle/Hyde personality change of the representative there. Rented a car there because I was having repairs done to my car, on or about 2023 and was leaving when I discovered no insurance documents had been included with the vehicle. This isn’t my first time renting from Enterprise, but it will be my last. I’ll rent an electric scooter next time I assure you. These people just never get it right. I got on the phone with the agent and he was immediately defensive and argumentative. I thought I was getting a bargain and customer service. What I got was a philosopher who actually thinks it’s okay to rent someone a car and that you can actually go in to traffic with and not having any vehicle insurance coverage for any kind of incident. It’s unfathomable someone that dense exists. He actually had the gall and audacity to put the onus on me. I had to pay substantially more for the insurance coverage, thus ending the bargain. It was hideous that someone would deign to seriously believe you can drive, in the metropolitan area, with no, I repeat no, auto insurance. I even asked him, ‘Do you seriously believe you can do this?’ and his response was, some people do. So I am done. My first encounter with Enterprise, I was in Woodstock, New York and they didn’t tell me they could meet me at the train station, and it was a huge problem to get to their office. You won’t believe I had to walk in 92 degrees on open roads, to get to their offices when they could have picked me up but didn’t so much as offer to do that nor to drop me off. I had to make my way there and back which was miles away, like five I believe, if memory serves me. It was outrageous. I am lucky I had no cumbersome luggage or belongings. They weren’t located at the station, didn’t give me a heads up and didn’t even have the car I reserved, ready. That was my first time renting from them, and this clown with the insurance philosophy was the last. The final straw. I am cured of ever using them again to, so much as drink from their water cooler. They will never again get the opportunity to abuse my patronage and use my hard earned cash to fund this kind of atrocious imbecility. Google should really put in a negative star feature. Some people, just seriously don’t deserve you. Don’t finance their foolishness. 28 April 2025
