Someone called Jessica contacted me through Telegram, claiming that she found my contact in her company’s database and that her colleague will contact me through WhatsApp a few days later. I ignored her. The next day her colleague by the name Alvin Wong contacted me through WhatsApp and asked if I am looking for a job. But I am not, and I never signed up, provided my contact info or provided consent to them to use my personal data. Have asked him to delete my data from his company’s database. Went back to Telegram to tell Jessica the same and realised her account has been deleted. Have lodge a report to PDPC for personal data breach.

Someone called Juana just contacted me through Telegram and showed me my number and that her colleague will contact me through WhatsApp. I have never signed up for this company or any recruitment agencies lately so i have no idea how they got my number. Said no to her and blocked her on telegram so hopefully no one should contacted me via WhatsApp

Person claiming to be a rep from this company had my personal contact details, and contacted me on Telegram, posing as a recruitment agent. I did not authorize them to freely use my personal info this way. In fact, I have no clue how the hell they have obtained my info in the first place. Potential scam. Have reported it through appropriate channels.
