Membership comes with my insurance, I’ve needed them twice, the second help was very relectant & unwilling to do little : like change brand new battery. 3d time, tyres valve steam broke, to which a standard repair as it’s common breakdown call. (RAC, FIXED MY ISSUE ON SITE). ERS won’t fix nor will they tow me away, as its to do with not having spear tyres. Etc if to do i was asked to pay by mile with start massive fee.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE, THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL, EVEN THEIR CALL CENTER HAVE NO MEANS OF UNDERSTANDING.

Very disappointed.
Our van was damaged as being loaded on one of Enfields trucks by a member of their staff. It was left to run forwards into the headboard which caused damage to the plastic front bumper. Luckily we watched and took photos of what happened and were amazed at how careless the truck driver was.
Following many phonecalls Enfield agreed to pay towards the damage.
Many months passed and many phonecalls later there was no sign of payment.
I contacted RAC customer care who were most helpfull and have now paid over Enfield Recovery.
Enfield need much improvement to their customer care.

These guys are brilliant, Really quick, polite and went out of their way to help a serial bad car buyer. If you happen to be unfortunate to break down in this area be sure to call them first or request that your breakdown company calls them first.
